Annette Cataldi is an experienced business leader with years of progressive work experience in human resources management, business management, coaching, and consulting. She has worked in both private and public companies and has a proven track record of working with executive leadership within corporations and as an entrepreneur. Annette has a demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver on business models. She is experienced in strategic development and implementation, organizational change, and integrating cultures due to mergers and acquisitions.
Annette’s corporate background includes working as a VP of Human Resources for a Fortune 200 company with HR responsibility for over 50 manufacturing plants worldwide. Annette holds a Master’s Degree in Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of Coach University.
